Hi guys and welcome to the episode four of the new video diary today where as you could see we’re at Guinness. We work about a hundred yards by the way. I'm very, very lucky. We’re going to go upstairs to one of the highest parts in Dublin and have a nice baked creamy Guinness.
So once you get inside, one of the first things they do is, I’ll show you how the Guinness is made. That’s done with three key ingredients, barley, hops and really fresh water. It then gets packaged up and shipped all over. And it’s really at the stage that you’re gagging for that point when they hit you with all of those wonderful Guinness ads from over the years. You finally get up to the gravity bar and you only have to wait about another ninety seconds for that Guinness to settle and you’ve got an absolutely gorgeous pint. Really one of the best I have ever had.
Now, there’s a stunning view up here, if only that ball would get out of my way, and you could see absolutely everything. I can see those n my apartments. If you pan down a little bit, that’s the offices where we work, where iFoods is based. And there’s a huge panoramic view of the whole Dublin’s skyline which is really, really spectacular. If you zoom in there, that’s actually the spire which has just been built a few years ago, a Dublin landmark, a really great pint up here.
Well guys, I hope you enjoyed that tour. It was my first time ever there and I think t’s fantastic. So if you’re a tourist, even if you are living in Ireland and you have never been, go along because it’s very informative. And when you get a little way up to the top through the different parts and learn how Guinness is made, that pint of Guinness is absolutely delicious and there’s a beautiful, beautiful view and it cost you 15 Euros, but at 15 Euros it’s really, really well spent. Hope you enjoyed it.
