Hi! I am Bob from Toronto, Canada. This guitar lesson is about how to play the guitar solo from “Come as You Are” by Nirvana. It is easy enough for beginner guitarist to learn. I will first play this solo with the backing track, and I will show how to play the solo note for note. Here it goes.
[Guitar Demonstration]
Okay, the solo begins at the 4th string 9th fret play the note three times, then once again then at the 3rd string 7th fret, 9th fret and back up to the 4th string 9th fret and 7th fret the 3rd string, 9th fret back up the 4th string 9th fret, and again in the 3rd string 7th fret, 9th fret. Then you play two notes at the same time. You play the 2nd string 10th fret, and the 3rd string, 9th fret and you up on the 3rd string like this --
[Guitar Demonstration]
You put the two notes together.
Then back to the 9th fret on the 3rd string, and the 7th fret 3rd string and you just play that four times so I will play it once again very slowly.
[Guitar Demonstration]
Once again, at the regular speed.
[Guitar Demonstration]
Play it like a total of four times. Now, if you want to play along, I will the backing track on acoustic guitar. Here is my A note if you want to tune with my guitar. Here it goes, 1, 2, 3, 4.

Well, I hope this lesson has been helpful and thanks for watching.
