Hi! I am Bob from Toronto, Canada. This guitar lesson is about how to play “Moby Dick” by Led Zeppelin. I will show you how to play the main riff only and not the guitar solo just so you are not disappointed.
Start with the top string played open, then at the 7th fret position on the 5th string play it twice, and then the 5th fret then the 6th string 5th fret, 3rd fret, 5th fret, 3rd fret. So, it is --

I will play it slowly.

You repeat that four times. Now, to play it up to A, all you got to do is play that exact finger pattern but move it up to the A string, so it is --

Play that twice then it is back down to the E string again.

Play that twice then to the B section. It is the top string 7th fret, 4th string 9th fret, pull off to the 7th fret and then to the 5th string 9th fret, back up to the 4th string 7th and 9th frets, and then it is to the 5th fret position 4th string 7th fret. Pull off to the 5th fret and to the 5th string 7th fret, then you bend up the 3rd string 7th fret. You play again 3rd string 4th fret, 4th string 7th fret then 5th fret. Once again, I will play it slowly.

So, here is everything combined.

And then end with E.
