Hi! I am Bob from Toronto, Canada. This guitar lesson is about how to play the guitar solo from the “Smells Like Teen Spirit” by Nirvana. And it is easy enough for a beginner guitarist to learn. I will play the solo first with a backing guitar track, and then I will show how to play it note for note. Here it goes.

And so on. See the first note is at the 4th string 10th fret, next note is 3rd string 8th fret then 10th fret. 4th string 6th fret, 3rd string 8th fret and bend it up and 6th fret, and 5th fret. 6th, 5th, 4th string 8th fret, and 6th fret and back up to 8th fret and bend that up then the 6th fret and the 5th fret, and play that whole phrase twice, so it is --

The next section to the solo is on the 4th string 6th fret, 5th fret, 6th and 5, 6, 5, 6, 5 and slide down to 3. So it is --
