Hi. I am Bob from Toronto, Canada. This guitar lesson is about how to play by vibrato notes like this.

Vibrato is important because it adds one and character to your guitar playing, without it the rest would sound flat. Here is an example of a writhe with no vibrato.

And the same writhe using vibrato,

Hear the difference? When using vibrato, bend the note up and shake it up and down.

With your thumb, pock on the top of the neck in order to get good leverage. When using vibrato, without bending the note up, give the note a shake up and down.

Try it on different fingers.

When using vibrato, high up on the fret board. I would suggest using your middle finger as your fret are so small, like this.

And when practicing vibrato, I would suggest doing so on in a acoustic guitar. That will build up the strength in your fingers. Practice bending up slowly.

Up and down slowly in single notes on each finger slowly.

Practice it in various parts of the guitar.
