The opening chords are Eb (chord strumming), Gm (chord strumming), Cm (chord strumming), Gm (chord strumming), Ab (chord strumming), Fm (chord strumming), and Bb (chord strumming).
The entire song is played in a triplet rhythm like,

Like so, and the first Verse is Eb (chord strumming), Cm (chord strumming), Ab (chord strumming), Bb (chord strumming), and then it is EbM7, which is played like this.

Then Eb7, just lift your middle finger.

Then Ebadd9, just add your, sorry, just take away your pinkie finger (chord strumming). So its,

Then, it’s Ab (chord strumming), Abm (chord strumming), Eb (chord strumming), Cm (chord strumming), Ab (chord strumming), Bb (chord strumming), Eb (chord strumming), Cm (chord strumming), Ab (chord strumming), Bb (chord strumming).
The second Verse is the same,

And then the entire song moves up, one note, one half step up to E. It is the same chord structures but they are moved up one fret.
So, its now its now E, C#m, A, B, EM7 same as EbM7 I just moved up. E7, E7add9, A, Am, E, C#m, A, D.
