Well may be a lot according to study is showing people with gum disease already increased risk of heart disease, why one theory is that bacteria and infected gums travel than the blood stream, causing inflammation in arteries, including those around the heart, this can lead to a heart attack. Treating gum infections can reduce inflammation and improve blood vessel function. The best approach is to prevent gum infections by brushing and flossing twice a day, seeing your dentist regularly and alerting him or her if you notice red or irritated gums, keeping your gums healthy is one more way to keep your heart healthy. And that should keep you simile.
