Travis Stork: Welcome today we are going to talk about gums. Gums, gums health and we have a guest in our audience Geagan who's said she is very, very sub conscious about her could and could gummy smile shows too much of her gums when she smiles so doctor Dorfman you are here to do a special procedure today.
Bill Dorfman: We are
Travis Stork: And Keegan you are all mumped up right.
Keegan: Yeah
Travis Stork: Very self conscious about your smile.
Keegan: Literally yeah.
Travis Stork: But are you willing to have something done.
Keegan: Absolutely

Keegan: I don't like my pictures so we can always see my gum and I want --.
Travis Stork: Once when you come up with us here and we are going to do a real time procedure on you. How are you feeling?
Keegan: Good.
Travis Stork: Have a seat, what doctor Dorfman is literally going to do is remove some of Keegan's gums so that when she smiles less of it is visible more her teeth are visible and it's a procedure that takes about 2 minutes and she will feel no pian because she is completely numbed up.
Bill Dorfman: Open for me, one of the things Keegan didn't like is the fact we can realize is that her teeth were so little so this procedure will actually allow us to make her teeth a little bit longer and that way when she smiles she wont have her gummy smile this is called an electro surgeon and its an electorate unit and it basically just removes the tissue you don't feel any as you Keegan.
Keegan: Yeah not that.

Bill Dorfman: And that's all we have to do in and Keegan what you are going to do is you are going to take your tooth brush and just kind of massage the gums up they are work done Travis.
Travis Stork: That's it, that's wasn't 2 minutes, that was may be one minute.
Bill Dorfman: I told you ASAP. All right lets sit her up and take a look.
Travis Stork: Because what I want to do Keegan for you, some one has been self conscious about her smile, I want to take a look at you before picture when you would smile and then we are going to compare with your new smile that take about one minute to create check it out.
