So this was my warm up. And today, I’m doing a work out, a whole body work out that’s focusing on abs. So, every exercise that I’m doing is also hitting my abs. And, this first exercise is going to be for my legs and my abs. So, I’ll need a half kilo weights for my legs and I’m using 2-kilo weights, 2-kilo dumbbells for my arms.

Okay. So, this was 100 repetitions and now I’m going to do regular crunches.

So this was 50 crunches and now another two 2 minutes cardio with the skipping rope.

So, long breaks between these exercises so I go right now for my quads, glutes and abs. For this one, I don’t need an equipment.

So, this was 50 ups and I’m going to do crunches that are hitting my obliques and I’m going to do 25 on each side.
