HVAC Air Filter Replacement

Hi, in this video, we are going to talk about how to change the air filter in the HVAC unit. The first thing you want to do is turn off the HVAC unit here and then after that, here is a butterfly nut that we want to take off, then the metal protection piece here. We want to remove our filter. As you can see here, our filter is extremely dirty. I want to grab my new filter and install it. Now I want you to take notice of the arrow here on the top of the filter, which says airflow this way, which basically means that the arrow needs to be pointed to the furnace. Now at this point we will just slide it in. Add metal protection piece here, put it on, take our butterfly nut, screw it fast and turn our HVAC back on. Now at this point you have successfully changed your air filter.
