Half-Moon Cut - Bachelor's Pantry #43

Hank Da Tank for Bachelor’s Pantry to show you how to do a half moon cut on celery, very simple and great for stocks, stews, soups, whatever you need, even salads. Go ahead and take a look. What you want to do is you want to remove the ends of the celery, put that to the side. And all you want to do, I’ll show you one at a time here; you just cut up, and make half moons all the way through. Now if you want to speed this up, you can do two at a time and line them up like so and just go ahead and cut. Since you’re putting a scene to a steel, you want to have little bit bigger pieces or smaller if it’s the salad. Go ahead and cut all the way through and put to the side, that’s a half moon cut.
