Shalom! Hallel is a collection of Psalms in the bible that are sung various times liturgically in the Passover Seder service during Passover,[foreign language] Rosh Kodesh, Hannica, and it is good to learn some of the basic tunes. These are just some of the tunes; there are other tunes for somebody’s prayer but I want you learn it.
So first find Hallel in your Sidor, it begins with the (foreign language) Hallel! And then I am just going to sing the parts that are commonly sung as a congregation. So this is Psalm 114 (foreign language). Then the canter starts and you repeat (foreign language).
And then psalm 115:1-11 are not chanted (foreign language). Then Psalm 115:12-18 (foreign language). Psalm 116:1-11 are also not chanted (foreign language) and then Psalm 117 (foreign language).
Well that is Hallel installment number one. I want you to learn that and we will continue with Hallel number two.
