So I guess so much of the understanding of the game is knowing how to navigate the map. And the easier you can run around the map, the more advanced of a player you are and the faster you will get different shooting angles on different opponents, okay.
So little tricks about knowing the map. Right now I am in, as you can see, red base, okay, because the walls are red, and this is called red window because it's a shooting window right outside of red base. If I am standing out here and an enemy who could see me will say I am at red window or red 2, one or the other. Okay and as you can see there are little ledges that give me quick access either way into red base. So for example right here the most obvious route to take to go into red 2 is if I run up this ramp and then I can see red 2 and I can shoot anybody in here.
There is another -- or I can go from underneath the base, I can either take this path way up and then walk in through here and shoot, or I can go from underneath the base and take that left thing get up, okay. But then there are two things that are not obvious. One is I can actually get into the base by jumping on this ledge outside. I jump right through the window and I can start shooting people and this is not obvious to a lot of players. To advance players they might expect it but to beginners and the intermediate level players, coming into the window will surprise them, okay. Especially if they don't see you coming in from carbine side.
Another way to get into the base very, very quickly, right here this is where the sword is, okay this is called swords spawn. You can say, if they are at the sword then everybody starts shooting around here. Another way is to actually just jump right into the base. You can do that as well.
There is actually a third way to get into the base, which is actually very, very tricky. This is an advance tactic that you learn. As I said earlier if you jump on this ledge, you will always land on this path right here. So everybody knows; they'll shoot you immediately. There is a trick to this game where if you actually only catch this corner - my friend taught me this - if you only catch this corner of the lift, you will actually come out sideways. I will show you real quick, and you will not land up on the path. So people will start shooting or grenading this path right here, but you actually land over here. You just fall down. So you land sideways. So nobody can hit you. That's the trick; that's an advance level trick, okay. In fact a lot of advance people don't even know that trick.
