Hand suturing BGA components with Schmart Board easy.
You may say it is impossible to hand suter BGA and in tell very recently we would have agreed with you that with Schmart Board easy you can now hand suter BGA components. The Schmart Board easy is designed in a way where the volts on the bottom of the BGA fit in the place.
So, the first thing you need to do is figure out at exactly where you want to place your component. And then you are going to take some paste flux. And we highly recommend that you use paste flux rather than liquid flux for this application. And put the paste flux down on the surface, and then you are going to put your chip down. And then, what you need to do is tape it down very securely, very snuggly.
Okay, so you are going to turn the board over and what you are going to see there are basically task previous. And you are going to put some more paste flux down under side and then, you are going to take the hot iron. We have got it set at 800 degrees and you are going to take some external suter and you are basically going to knot the suter, and push it into obvious holes that will basically suter right in the volts on this BGA.
Now, it is very important that you start towards the center of the component and work here way out. The volt we have today will go up to components with 400 volts and you take your time. This will take a few minutes to basically do and after you finished it and you test it. If you find out that maybe there is an area you missed, you are going to re-flux the area that you missed and you are going to come back, and you are just going to focus with a little bit of suter on the particular holes that you might have missed.
Alright, here we go. And basically this is the way that you can hand suter a BGA using Schmart Board easy.
