Hanging Leg Raises

These are hanging leg raises, a great exercise for your lower abs. Now after Tim pops himself up in the ab straps, he is going to really focus on bringing his knees up to his chest. Now to make this a little more difficult, he is going to keep his legs out straight and bring his feet all the way up to 90 degrees. Another exercise to vary it up is to add your obliques. So what he is going to do is he is going to twist his knees from side to side.
