Bob Wright: Women naturally want to give; that's both a blessing and a curse. One of the biggest mistakes that mothers make is to think that they have to give and sacrifice for their children.
Now, they understand the folly in this on airplanes, because they tell you, as an adult to put the mask on your self first before putting it on your child. One of our biggest challenges is to help mothers be absolutely satisfied with their lives, because if momma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy.
The best thing you can give your children is to love your life. The best thing you can give your children is to be healthy, happy, and satisfied with your life, because that's training them in their unconscious program to be healthy, happy, and satisfied with their lives. That is really the greatest gift you can give them, and its not what we are told. Most of the time we think, you are not supposed to do this for yourself, you are not supposed to do that for yourself, and it takes skill to not only take care of yourself, but take care of your children.
If you take good care of yourself, you will give, you will take care of your children, better than you ever imagine possible.
