Hardcore Abs Workout #2

So the next exercise is for my back and my abs. I am using again my favorites. Another set of crunches, different crunches again. Okay, this was 50 reps, and now another cardio. The next exercise is for arms and back, and abs. This was 50 reps and now, I have another set of crunches. This was 50 reps, and now another set of cardio. The last exercise that I am going to do is for my core, and I am going to try and stand in this position as long as I can. And after that is the last cardio and my stretching. So this was the last exercise for today I am going to do another cardio for two to three minutes and then my stretching which is very part of every workout.
