Do you have hardwood floors in your house? Are you trying to figure out exactly what to use to clean it with? Or if you ask ten different people what they use, you'll get ten different answers. Vinegar and water, maybe just water, or just a dry mop.
Well there is a company called Bona, that's been making commercial finishes for years. They've now entered the residential market with their Swedish formula cleaner. The great thing about it is it leaves no residue, requires no rinsing and it's a snap to use. Let me show you how easy it is.
You know one of the great things about being an ACE's helpful hardware man is that I get to see some of the greatest new products to help take care of your home. And that's when I'm here to show you today. It's a new product by Bona. It's a hardwood floor cleaner, that truly is different from what you're using today. The great thing about this cleaner is that its PH balance and it's developed by someone that knows a few things about floor finishes.
By using a PH balance cleaner, there's no rinsing necessary and it will not dull your finish and it's just simple. You take the floor cleaner that comes in a spray bottle, after you sweep the floor, you apply the cleaner directly to the floor. You want to work in an area that's about four foot by six foot in diameter, so that you can work back and forth to see where you've been.
By using the applicator back and forth, you're scrubbing and lifting all of the dirt right out of that wood floor and bring it to a great clean shine. Now what's also wonderful is that you can take this pad off, throw in the washing machine, so that it's clean and ready to use the next time. It's that easy.
