Yes! More Energy Please! – SPIRITUAL POWER Hi! This is Francisco Bujan from vitalcoaching.com and we are talking about spiritual power. The topic for this video is yes! More Energy Please! Your system is really an energy system actually. You realized that your mind patterns are simply patterns of energy and when you have a certain thought or a certain emotion, what you are doing is you are using a certain mindset and therefore generating certain stream of energy through your system. Your mind patterns are filters. When you received certain energy, your life force flow with streams from your system is going to reflect or be filtered through the patterns in your mind and then generate a certain set of thoughts or emotions. So what I want to tell you is that when it comes to really life mastering, when it comes to feeling totally fulfilled as a human being it has at all to do with mastering energies and you have to understand how energy is flowing to your system and how sometimes it is being drained or sometimes consumed in the way which is not really effective and where you can actually gain back control and eventually generate extra energy. So there are a lot of things that you can do. Right now, we are going to check all the possible strategies and all the ways you can generate extra energy but the keys really to understand that you are actually the master of what goes on in your mind. And, if you want really to raise your energy level for as if your energy level right now is not at the maximum, you know it is not at 100% of its potential and you want to raise your energy level, then the goal is really to understand how energy works in your system. So for instance when you have a negative thought going on in your mind, imagine that for an instance you are trapped in a negative thinking pattern and you observe that is to realize that. Well the goal is really to understand is this emotional or is this mind set to the happy you right now and if it is not. Is there a way for me to shift from this negative mind set to a positive one, which is going to help me actually stream better and have a greater level of energy in my system. This happens in the level of its flow or in the level of the emotions but then you have also the energy bodies or the efferent bodies, where sometimes negative emotions are trapped in the form of energy disturbances in your system and these energy disturbances are going to block the flow of energy. Sometimes you feel a bit of pain in the neck or you feel it like a headache or you feel that the circulation in your leg is not really good enough. So all that has to do with block of energy and I want you to realize that actually: (a) It is my job as a human being to take care of my body, to take of my energy flow, and stimulate that flow of energy in my system. Once you realize that and you cherish everything because you take conscious steps to what you are claiming that the energy flows in your system. Now we can look also on the physical body. When I was telling you about neck or headache, this of course happens on a physical level and sometimes you can really take action to stimulate the flow on that level as well. So what you do, it is simple. You exercise, you train, and you do something physical so that it energizes your body. Now again, why do we think about ways of mastering energy in our systems. It all has to do with awareness and conscious action. You realize that in just a moment if there is a blockage that you feel on, did you feel that there is lack of energy flow in your system, you take consciousness that was really to refocus your energy and stimulate its flow in your system. So again, it has to do with my patterns with emotions, with thoughts, with the energy body, or the enteric body and with the physical body.
