Welcome to this episode the body performance, I am Steve Turano. Do you wondering if you slow down metabolism some how because you really overweight or you have been eating healthy or because you are a little bit older. I here people say, “Hey, I think our metabolism slow down, may got screwed my metabolism.”
Nothing can be further from the truth you are not screwing up your metabolism. It is matter of fact your metabolism is pre-consistent. I give an example; take two people, one on a good shape one on a very bad shape overweight never exercise. And walk them on from upon stairs.
At the top of the stairs, the person who is in shape is fine. The person who is out of shape is wheezing, breathing hard, breathing quicker and their heart is raising. Guess whose metabolism is elevated. They out of shape person, why? Because, their body is struggling to deliver oxygen.
Therefore has to work twice as hard, so essentially that persons out of shape but their metabolism is elevated. And as you get in better and better shape your metabolism will slow down a little bit.
Not quickly but a little bit, so which you have to understand is through out the years. You have just eaten a little bit more and exercise a little bit less and that is just enough to accept the balance and prove weight on you. A bad the metabolism does not you make you fat bad habits do.
