Headache Relief Head Massage 2

[Music Playing] In part two of the head massage video; I want to show you some techniques for the back for the head and for the top of the head. On the back of the head, you cup the head so that the head actually lies on the bottom of your palms and then you use circle of friction like in the first video. Slow circular friction and you slowly move up towards the top of the head. I usually do not prefer to use my thumbs on the head but there are people who like to do that on the top. I show you here an alternating version of circular friction with the thumbs. Some people feel more comfortable with doing this technique synchronized, doing the same thing on both sides. But, whatever your client prefers, it is fine the either way. Again, try to cover all the areas of the head. This will give your client the most balanced feeling. [Music Playing]
