Art: Hi, I'm Art from Baraboo, Wisconsin. I hear people get headaches from brain exercises. Does that mean they are like good headaches? Elkhonon Golberg: Art, you obviously know more than I do on this subject because I have never heard of headaches being caused by brain exercises and I have been involved with both designing brain exercises and using them with my patients for many years. So I don't think that headaches is an obligatory kind of a price where has to pay for engaging in the brain exercises and I hope that next when you engage in brain exercises it will be headache for you.
