UNFAIR HEADS OR TRAILS
Speaker: Hi, and welcome to a video presentation from EasyBarTricks.com. In this video I will show you a very nice technique that will make you a master of the classic game "Heads or Tails." After watching this video, you'll be able to flip a krone, and tell which side is up each and every time. In this case, it's heads.
The reason that I knew the outcome, is that the krone has a different structure on each side. On the head side in this case, it's the queen of Denmark. The structure is very flat. The face of the queen doesn't have much structure, and then the krone will feel flat on this side. On the other hand, if you turn the krone around, you'll have a way more rough structure on the tail side. In this case it's the Royal Danish krone with a symbol of three lions, but the structure is way more rough and their symbol is more structured here. And you'll be able to use that difference to tell which side of the krone is facing up.
What you do is, that when you catch the krone in your hand, you can rub your thumb over the krone, like so, just use your nail on your thumb, and you'll be able to feel if it's flat, as it is on the head side, or if it's more rough, has more structure, as it has on the tail side, and if you feel that it's rough, you'll know that when you turn it around, it will be the opposite side to facing up, and you'll know that it will be heads. It's that simple.
Now let's take a closer look at the moves involved. You'll toss the krone and catch it, it's normal, it is when you turn the krone over to the other hand that you have a chance to feel the krone, and what you'll do is, that you'll just put your thumb, the nail of your thumb on the krone, and as you turn the krone over, you have a chance to rub your thumb over the krone, and you can immediately feel if it feels flat or if it feels more rough, has more structure, and that way you will be able to fee the outcome. In this case tails are up, so it will feel like a rough structure, and I'll know that the result is heads, and if you do it in a fast motion it looks very natural, like so. The result will be heads, and just to compare I'll show when a normal krone would look like, a fair one, just you can see that the unfair one looks very natural. Looks almost the same.
So it's very deceptive, and you'll be able to fool people this way. Using this technique you can not only guess what the outcome will be, you can also produce any outcome that you desire. All you need to do, is to add a little loop to the technique and that is to flip the krone like this. So after you have filled it, I can feel that it is tails, and I know that when I turn it over it will be heads. If I would rather have it to be tails, I'll just do a little flip, like so, and the results will be tails. It's little hard to show on cam, because the movement goes on in the air almost, or as you are turning the krone over, you'll feel it ,and then on the way down, you just do that little flipping motion, and you will be able to produce any result that you like.
Just play with it a bit, when you get it, for instance here, it is tails that are up, and if I would like to produce tails instead of heads, the movement would look like that. It also looks very natural. So no one will know that you are doing anything that you shouldn't do. It's very deceptive. Just play with it until you got it, its not that hard.
