Cynthia Sass: Macadamia nuts has more MUFA’s than any other nuts and they’re well most
delicious. They make me think of Hawaii but they are also grown in California.
But you won’t ever find them in a shell because you wouldn’t be able to break
down even with the most heavy duty nut cracker. Macs have the hardest shell of
any nut on the planet, it actually takes 300 pounds per square inch of pressure to
split them so you can buy them and crash them to make nut crusted fish, add them
to whole grain pancakes your morning cereal or oatmeal or just enjoy them plain.
But just don’t feed them to pido. Macadamia and that’s toxic to our K9
