Health Issues Over 50
So the topic we are going to discussed on this segment is health issues over 50. And in my work at the Ruth I have seen many different kinds of complaints but some of the most difficult ones and problems ones are diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, dementia and all of this can be address with health for life style. Everything we do, everyday makes a difference and small changes make a huge difference of her time.

And that was exciting about really looking at your life style staying fit and choosing well while you eat, what you do, how you think and how you behave will make you life really good or even better.
