Well the most traditional approach of the old fashion in a histamines, you know drugs like Benadryl, Diphenhydramine, or chlorpheniramine, but they make you drowsy makes it hard to drive or operate machine or you do anything it requires thinking. There is the new or non sedating anti histamines drugs like, Claritin, Loratadine is the house friend very effective and they do not make you drowsy, so that is the good choice. Other option if you want to charge the allergy effect, you want to go for something called pseudoephedrine, but you are going to have get it from behind the counter. Watch out for the topical decongestants.
These products can only be use for 3 days if you use a nasal spray for more than 3 days your likely become addicted to it.
