Well. what else can you do. You know, what else can you do. You know a kind of like fish oil. There is actually some research to suggest that fish oil has really anti inflammatory properties. So for a lot of people, not just good for the heart but also good for the joints. If you like to try a home remedy now, don’t laugh, Gin soaked golden raisin.
