Again, these gifts are for the health conscious or those who wish they were. For your friend, it is always down to do the latest fad diet, check out Amazon.com and see what books top their list of best sellers for the year 2007.
For the Betty Crocker on your list, also check out Amazon.com’s recipe books. They have plenty of healthy recipe, Vegan vegetarian low fat, low cal, they have got it all. If you are unsure of which book to purchase, one of the benefits of shopping online is that you get to read tons of reviews from other users who have already purchased the products. So for the recipe books, check out and see if people really like them or if they did not or if they are actually not healthy at all because sometimes that is the case.
For the frequent traveler on your list that also enjoys to workout, try buying them some exercise bands. They are easy to travel with because they are lightweight and take up a little bit of space and you can pretty much do them anywhere without any other pieces of equipment. A great site to check out is performbetter.com. It has tons of pieces of equipment and there are also really good prices. For a mini exercise band to put on your ankles, Katrina and I have done a few videos using them. Only $2.75.
For the person on your list whose resolution is to lose weight or get back in shape, try buying them some new fitness apparel. A favorite of mine is Lululemon. They are super cute, trendy and comfortable yoga wear.
When talking about fitness gifts, who cannot mention Apple and the Ipod. They have got plenty of new designs that have recently come out including the Touch and the new Nano which is video capable but if you already have one and are satisfied, which I am, then a new gift that they have is a winter hat with built in earphones so if you are someone that likes to go jogging in the cold weather, I am not really but if your friend who you are buying the gift for is, then this would be a great gift for them because it will keep your head warm and you will be able to comfortably have your earphones in so that you can get that extra boost when you need it.
