Today, we’re talking powdered peanut butter. That’s right; powdered peanut butter.
Hi everybody, I’m Amy Mac and in today’s Fit Life, we are talking about peanut butter but not just any peanut butter, powdered peanut butter. Now some of the things we like about peanut butter is that it taste great and it has proteins so it makes you feel full longer. But, it’s really high on calories. So enter; powdered peanut butter has the same great taste but only 75 % of the calories.
Now you can mix it with water or jelly to make a sandwich with it but today, I’m going to put it in a shake. You’re going to need a banana, a half cup of vanilla yogurt, three table spoons of the powdered peanut butter and a splash of sparkling water. So now for the final test. It taste exactly like a peanut butter banana shake and what I’m really excited about is its 75% less calories because we used the peanut butter instead of the regular.
