Audra: Right. That looks good but it is it bad for you?
Sharon: No. It’s only a 120 calories for two of this. So, one of them it's just 60 calories which is not bad at all. It tastes like candy bar for a fraction of the fat. Only three grams of fat for each one.
Audra: Oh, I like that and kids will be happy to see that inside their bag too. Now, moving on to revolution food Organic Grammy Sammy, tell me about this?
Sharon: These hit with kids as well. They say it they tasted like more so most of their two Graham cracker cookies that has a layer of vanilla yogurt inside, so they're n delicious. And plus they have one serving of whole grains, two grams of fibers, so fills you up as well.
Audra: I like the fact that there individually pack too. So that's good in the bag.

Audra: They something fun.
Sharon: Yeah, there's something funny going in them too.
Audra: Okay. But moving on over to the Raisinets but these are dark chocolate Raisinets, right?
Sharon: Yes. These are dark chocolate Raisinets so they have extra anti-oxidants and what's great about this is one of handful or a quarter cup serving as one whole serving fruit. So you get a serving of fruit as well.
Audra: Okay.
Sharon: And this be -- save your waistline and your budget. You can put then individually packaged on Halloween theme bags.
Audra: I like that 180 calories, eight grams of fat that for a quarter of a cut.
Sharon: For quarter of cut, not to bad.

Audra: Now we've got to think from Keebler here. These are the Club and Cheddar Sandwich Crackers.
Sharon: Yeah. I should be the one to say, you know, think outside of the box? Instead you going to, you know, go on to the regular candy bar try Savory Snack and these seasoned crackers are so buttery and delicious, kids love them. They're only 190 calories, nine grams of fat, plus they served at two grams of protein each. So, you get a little protein in there as well.
