Patricia Raymond: The healthier you eat the more gas you are passing, we found that fruits cause gas, vegetables cause gas, and even the most incredibly healthier vegetables like the cruciferous vegetables cause gas, various fiber in take causes gas, and you know that milk causes gas so everything that you tried to eat trying to have a healthier diet is going to cause gas, and you know what gas that you get is not the gas that your friend gets, your friends may be will eat all the cabbage in the world and will get a bigger gas, you get gas all the time.

How do you figure out what's causing gas in your diet? Well the problem is the gas occurs about 4-6 hours after you have eaten even if it's a tiny little thing which you have eaten it can cause gas. What we need to do is to do a very Thoreau food diary write down everything that goes in your mouth and try to correlate that with the gas that you get 46 hours after. These are very helpful food diary you can pick up with the web and charcocaps.com fill that out in completion and then try to figure out where is your gas happening and what was that you ate 4-6 hours ago.
That may help you to figure out gas in your life but be okay with it, because every body passes gas.
