Today, I’m going to grill a favorite of mine, white summer fish. And I assure you to be a crowd pleaser every time.
Before you begin, shop for your favorite white fish, haddock, cod, alabat. And frizz on a grill, get them cut three quarter inch thick.
To make the oil, important to marinade for six pieces combined in a saucepan, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup of lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, and 1/2 cup of olive lea spread, an olive oil alternative to butter and margarine.
Stir constantly until blended. Pour the marinade over the fish in a shallow dish then cover. And marinade in the refrigerator for one hour turning them once.
I’ve been on the lookout for an olive oil spread with the highest concentration of pure olive oil. This one without the 24% olive oil and it’s four varieties beats them all. It can replace butter, a saturated fat, and margarine which may contain transfat and an inferior vegetable oil. After an hour, drain the fish reserving the marinade. Place the fish on a hot grill for about five minutes aside based in regular. When the fish flakes easily if tested with a fork, it’s ready. Hmm, it’s going to taste so good.
So, all you have to do now is enjoy this mouth-watering fish with your favorite summer salad and have a nutritious feast.
