Today, I want to talk about cheating, or healthy eating. It does not matter. You know why, because it does not matter what you eat, good or bad, you can loose weight.
You see these Ads on TV. Janet Craig, Weight Washers, so on and so forth. I can have chocolate, you can have pizza, and you can have lasagna, no joke. It do not matter what you eat as long as at the end of the day, the total number of calories you take in is fewer than the total number of calories that you have expended, you will loose weight.
Do I eat healthy all the time? Heck no, I am lucky if I choke down a veggie or a fruit a day. And what you have to understand is if you want to eat a bad food that is fine. Schedule them to your day, add it to the total number calories you are going to eat and eat it. Do not worry about it. Do not feel guilty about it. I never feel guilty about eating bad food. You know why, because I worked out last week, I worked out last month and I am going to work out next week, next month and next year. So, I do not worry about it. To me it is just calories.
Do I over eat bad stuff? Yes, once in a while but again I am still looking at my total calorie intake versus the total number calories I expend. So, if you want to have a bad food, schedule them in your day, eat it, do not worry about it and just burn it off the next day when you exercise.
