Wendy Reinhardt Kapsak: Hi my name is Wendy Reinhardt Kapsak and I'm a registered dietitian and weight management specialist with an International Food Information Council Foundation. Today we are going to be talking about how to help your diet survive at office; the office can be a great place to begin a healthy eating plan, because it's so routine. We do some times we do the same thing every day, so its easy to stick to a plan, on the other hand the office can be full of little traps that can actually get in the way of our success.
Today in this video we are going to be talking about strategies for getting started having a healthy break fast, how do deal with lunch and what about those social eating occasions like the formal business dinner, or even eating on the road. So these strategies are going to be really help full, as we figure out how to help our diet survive at the office.
Before we get started a little bit about myself, I received my bachelors and masters degree in nutrition and exercise science and then also I'm a registered dietitian and a member of the American dietetic association. I also have been teaching group fitness for about 15 years and I'm a personal trainer.
In my weight management private practice, I loved a lot people loose weight and keep it off, so with these strategies and this experience I hope to help you and your diet survive at the office.
