Hi everyone! This is Sanjana and today I will be talking about herbal bath for sound sleep
Today insomnia is a big problem for all stressfully lives. And only night after the foam, oil massage and a fragrant warm body is an excellent way to relax and recharge to keep good looking despite of busy and other lifestyle.
Now, our recipe is:
Bring one gallon of water, boil it. Add the following herbs:
1-1/2 cups of chamomile
1 cup meadow sweet
1 cup lime flowers
½ cup valerian roots
Steep these herbs for 30 minutes strain and add to a deep bath. Add a few tablespoon of sesame oil to the bath as well.
Also essential oils can be spring to long handkerchief and pine to your pillow. You can do this immediately before you sleep.
Now, if there is any indigestion problems you are using because of you cannot get good sleep, try combinations of chamomile, lavender, Cyprus and marjoram.
If the body is overheated try combinations like sandalwood or clary sage Melissa, orange blossom, rose, ylang ylang or juniper.
You can also drink that have sedative effect. Some of them are bergamot, chamomile, elderflower, lemon, verbena, passion flower, vervain, violet leaves and flowers, poppy seeds, skullcap, bhringaraj, seeds of anise, fennel and dill.
