Thanks for stopping by, I’m chef Billy Parisi. You’re watching fixmyrecipe.com and it is time to barbecue ribs, that is.
Someone wrote me an email and said they’re having a lot of trouble making ribs, I’ve got some awesome solutions, you’re going to love it.
Here’s two things you should know about ribs: 1. Contrary to popular belief, ribs are not supposed to fall off the bone, and 2. It’s all in the rub. So the first thing we’re going to do on our all pork ribs is get that ----- that tissue right off the bottom. Get them ready to rub down. It’s a little bad on the tug of ware but you know it is actually pretty easy to remove that skin. Next, let’s rub down our rubs with that dry rub, and the best one I have is into my barbecued chicken skewer video, be sure to check it out, the ingredients are right on there. Let’s get these things rubbed down.
Remember, we want this meat to stay on the bone. So guess what, we are smoking using hickory chips and more importantly we’re putting it on this amazing versatile Viking Grill.
All right we are going to go ahead and place our ribs on this rack and here’s another trick, we are going to come back every 10-15 minutes, and we are going to spray apple cider vinegar on here, it’s going to make that meat nice and tender. We’ve been smoking now for an hour, and you want to smoke at least for an hour to get all that yummy hickory flavor right in there and thanks to this Viking Grill, we can smoke and now we can grill. So let’s go ahead and turn those flames on high, baste it with some barbecue sauce, it’s completely up to you, you can use the one that I made on fixmyrecipe.com or else, go to the store and get a branded one, it’s whatever you want to do at this point. So baste them up and grill them until they’re completely finished.
So tender, so much flavor, not of this was possible without all the things Viking Grill could do to make this possible, that smoking and that grilling, be sure to do this recipe. Like I said before, I can’t remember who wrote this, and because my email’s got all messed up, but thank you so much for doing, I got to go, I got to finish this. Don’t forget to come back tomorrow, see your featured fix of the day.
