Ryan Wade: What's up this is Ryan with uniqueapps.com and I have got another iPhone tip for you all. This iPhone tip is going to cover some actual, some more characters on your keyboard that you have. The first thing I am going to launch right now is the Safari. I want to show you all if you look -- whenever you are typing a web addressing, the most common domain extension is ".com" obviously, but let's say you wanted to get a ".dot" or ".edu" or a ".org" if you are typing in a domain here and you just touch and hold this it will actually bring up three other domain extension ".net, .edu and .org" so I can go all over there and I can click there and again it will type in that domain extension.
So save a few seconds when you are typing. Also I am going to get out of this real quick I am going into my text messages, let's say you are composing a text message and you want to be kind of dramatically correct. There is a lot of other letters for instance ascii letters common ascii letters like A and N in different languages that you can actually bring up the menu by touching and holding. So I am actually touch and hold A and you can see all the ascii letters that I can pull up and actually I don't know if you can see that. It will actually type in that A with a little that's a little the Spanish tilted A, and we'll type that in for instance N as well, so if I click and hold N, there is a two selections that I can do with N.
Now also in the Spanish language they have a -- again forgive me if I am not dramatically correct, but the upside down question mark and exclamation mark those are in here as well. So the upside down exclamation mark same thing with the question mark. So a lot of different letters, a lot of different punctuations can be done or can be found using just the touch and hold, so if you not sure if something has another different variations of it, you just touch it and hold it and see there is another variation of that, touch and hold there is nothing here, there is nothing here.
Again, there is nothing. So, by touching and holding all these letters you can see if there is different variations, here is different variation looks like the N, the pound sign, different variations of the money or currency. That's a really cool feature that the iPhone has and it's kind of a advantage of not having a qwerty keyboard, but it gives you tonnes of different options on your keyboard.
So that's my quick video I am just showing you the different options of ascii characters on your keyboard. I hope you enjoyed this video tip and I hope you'll have a great day.
