Female: Just right now. Derrick Schommer: Just right now. Female: Like literally right before it wasn’t pouring. Derrick Schommer: It’s the recording thing. So we’re going to do the High Tide cocktail regardless of what, I see in my show notes as height tide cocktail. This is the High Tide Cocktail recipe, courtesy of Jonathan TV. Guessing that’s not your real name. It’s going to have really, we’re looking at light rum meets blue carousel in a marriage of awesome and we’re going to do it with—it’s getting loud. It’s like we’re in like the amazon. We’re going to use some 10 Cane, it’s kind of distracting. 10 Cane which is like sweeter cane rum. I'm scared. Blue carousel, we’re going to use and that’s going to be an ounce and a half of light rum and ounce of blue carousel, both orange juice and pineapple juice, three ounces of pineapple juice, two ounces of orange juice, high ball glass shake, bam, done. Lets do it, I'm excited. Is it scared or a scared or is that not even none of those two words? Female: I don’t think there such a thing as scared. Derrick Schommer: Even if a kid say, they say scared “I'm scared.” We’ll do the blue carousel first, one ounce, and the rain subsides. Female: As quickly as it started, it’s gone. Derrick Schommer: Yeah. So we’ll do our ounce and half, so we’ve got our senior carousel of carousel, I refuse to use anything else until I find something better. So I don’t know what I'm going to do when I'm out. I guess I’ll order more. I got the orange carousel on there, you get special order. I check out NewYork.com. Three ounces of—what do I got here? Pineapple juice. So what do you think, tropical? Female: Yeah. Derrick Schommer: This is probably going to be pretty good huh? Female: I don’t see how a good be bad, quite honestly. Derrick Schommer: Yeah, because— . Female: The color maybe a little weird but. Derrick Schommer: The color? Female: Yeah. Derrick Schommer: Oh, yeah. That looks like weird. Like if you—it’s like a till. Female: Does it really? Derrick Schommer: Yeah. Female: I thought you were just making fun of me. Derrick Schommer: No, no, that’s weird and it’s not clear. Female: It’s got cool. Derrick Schommer: It is. See, I put the ice in last because I got people yelling at me in some video. Never use ice. Female: But it’s never going to be pros. Derrick Schommer: We never claim to be pros. It dilutes it, yeah, I know because it’s pretty hot in here. I’ll try to add extra chilli water anyway. Let’s shake it up. I also got the—I've never seen a bartender sit down and I was like I'm breaking new ground. Sitting down because if we stand up you can’t see us. And some day I’d like to get a bar thing. But as an investment until I get a lot more sponsors or have time to find them, it ain’t going to happen. Female: You're going to have to deal with the bartender sitting down. Derrick Schommer: What's that? Female: You're going to have to deal with the bartender sitting down. Derrick Schommer: That’s right because I'm not a bartender, I'm a dude making some cool colored cocktails. Alliteration, here it goes again. So it almost—you know what that color looks like? And I know it’s one of the ones that I said last week, it didn’t look the same on camera so there must be a little difference in some of the lighting. This to me looks like that, green chalk that you use to draw on the pavement. Female: I know it’s like sea foam green. Derrick Schommer: Sea foam green, it smells just like sea foam, green. No, actually it smells like a sweet orangey pineapple juice. That’s tasty, definitely get the blue carousel. Sweet but not really, it’s kind of got almost neutral. I guess its going to be sweet because its not really—there’s no sour playing in here. Taste like a juice that has alcohol in it, sweet, a little bit on the rum not too much burn and there’s a little hint of alcohol but you got the orange, the pineapple nice thickness to it, nice foam, nice color, nice taste. It’s all around nice, this is a High Tide Cocktail. I think this really shows up blue carousel and it kind of cuts right through, at least the senior carousel of carousel which you should have by now, because I've just raved about it, if you really trust me.
