I like the way she demonstrates the exercises, however her little intros really turn me off of this series.

Hip Stretching Today

[Music Playing] Hello, I m Dina Prioste stand home to get exercise. Do you find that your lower back is sore after sitting down all daylong? What do you think that was not an answer but a question? But please answer the question. Yes. Of course you do because your hips have tightened from sitting down all day in the chair, but do not you worry I have got a hip opening field good stretch for you. It is simple and feels great. Come to lie down on the floor with your knees bend cross one ankle over the opposite knee flexed the foot grabbed the vital thighs and bring that leg in towards you. As you keep the cross feet flexed and bring this opposite knee away from your shoulder for a deep stretch if you are on the more flexible side do not worry you can take your hands under the knee for deeper stretch and breath. Do you really expect me to get down on the floor? Okay. Make sure you do the other side as well. It has many benefits including it improves blood circulation to your muscles, relieves stress in your lower back, increases flexibility in your hips and much, much more. It is that simple you can do it anywhere. You can even do it in your chair and if you act now, I will throw in this double pigeon. Okay, okay you solve me on it this feels great so do not delay for the sake of your lower back you go down the floor and stretch your hips today.
