Hiring a Nanny

Melanie Raposo: Hi every body I'm Melanie Raposo, and welcome to mommy's minute, if you are hiring a nanny there are two things to consider, whether you want to live in or live out nanny, our live in nanny lives with your family, and when the greatest advantages is the flexibility of hours and over night and weekend care. You also get to know the nanny on a more personal basis and develop a close secure relationship with them, but If you want go to more traditionally, then a live out nanny may be the answer for you, you don't have to provide living quarters and there is no burden of having an extra adult in the house, keep in mind if you are going to have live out nanny because both parents are working you are going to want to make sure to hire somebody who is punctual so that you get to work on time.
