Female Speaker: Hello! and welcome back to legourmet.tv , today we are going to make coconut strawberries, a favorite as requested all the time and I don't know why people don't make it because it's so simple.
You simply take a can of condensed milk; add a 200gm package of coconut and a package of flavored gelatin. I like strawberry and raspberry, you can use whatever flavor you like. Once you have it mixed together, cover it and put it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours.
So it's chilled; it's quite simple. You just take a scoop of it, roll it up in your hands -- in your hands. You can do a variety of different shapes. So let's just start with the basic ball. You have got another packet of flavored gelatin. You can roll, just set on a cookie sheet for a few moments while it sets and that's it. You can get fancy, you can make different shapes.
As I said, we always call them coconut strawberries and you just kind of flatten them out into a strawberry shape, roll them into your coating. Just keep rolling till it's all gone and you will be ready to share it out for snacks.
