Home Exercise for Tennis Elbow

Jeff on: Here folks Jeff on from tenniselbowtips.com, the very simple stretch that you can in the comfort of your own home or while you either go on traveling for work or sitting around in your office and the nagging tennis elbow pain creeps up on. Now don't you stretch for the right arm so people who are suffering from tennis elbow in the right arm this is what you need to do.

Extend both your arms on our point of view take your right arm put it over your left arm into leave your fingers together and you're going to slowly pull with the left hand pull your right hand up towards the sealing. Now as you can see here I'm totally extending my right arm, it's very important that you keep a block and you're pulling the right hand upwards towards the sealing and now you better want to hold the stretch for approximately 30 seconds. What you're doing here is you're actually stretching the extensive muscles in the forearm.

Now this will provide some temporary relief from your tennis elbow and of course it won't totally cure. Now what you can do is you can do this stretch 3 times in the morning and 3 times in the evening.
