Female: Toby and Tracy have mirror there home search to trade place on tiny harbor
island in the Bahamas and now it’s time to choose one. Listed at $1million there
first option is the largest with four bedrooms and three baths and 1800 square feet.
Tracy: I really like the little boardinghouse.
Toby: Yeah that was great, great decision—
Tracy: Four bedroom in the one roof, all street packing but it is going to require a
substantial bit of renovation.
Toby: Yeah.
Tracy: And you’ve got these different levels of the floor in the ceiling.
Toby: And the path stream is a tiny they can’t work so it have quite place and that also
quite a bit of work to do on it as well.
Female: There second option is the most expensive, at $1.2million but it’s also the
smallest with two and half bedrooms and two and half baths and 1600 square feet.
Tracy: I love the fact that it was a historic behave in cottage and having so beautifully
maintain.
Toby: Great decision, love the guest room traditions so they can have a bedroom if
necessary, love the kitchen.
Tracy: And relocation is gorgeous.
Toby: Yeah, with little private place instead of mix it.
Tracy: However the bedroom were little small and the master bedroom related and have
any privacy being right off in the living room.
Toby: And the price, the price is a little bit over that’s what I’m thinking.
Female: At $950,000 option number three is the least to expensive; the 1700 square foot
house has three bedrooms and two baths.
Tracy: I’ve really love Chatterbox I love the fact that it was move in ready, I love the
price.
Toby: The price is great.
Tracy: Fantastic price.
Toby: Yeah and very fun the kitchen was great, eating kitchen are some big however
those packing.
Tracy: And the only real harbor views were from cross match.
Toby: Which was great but it’s a little long climb up.
Female: So which one did they choose?
Tracy: We choose—the little boardinghouse, what we did end of sacrificing the
bathrooms that we we’re looking for. The bathrooms are definitely smaller and
need work but we deal to do that overtime.
Toby: So, so happy.
Tracy: I can’t wait to move in and really making our home.
Toby: Yeah, enjoy the property and the kids are involved because they love the sunset.
Tracy: I’m ready.
Toby: It’s been about six weeks and we’ve done lots of changes.
Tracy: And we have actually trilled with our new home. We are actually just a blocked
away from our old house where our house is on a little side street; we are on the
main street and the hot of the village and we loving the vibe.
Toby: Right on the bay we’re only actions.
Tracy: And we have a new entry way. We know end up with three old sliding glass doors
which we replace with French toys and get more use of the patio and the views
which is half the reason why are.
Toby: So this is a renovated kitchen, we flip flop the fridge with the stove and open it up
a bit more. We took the cap at up which unbowed some beautiful, beautiful old
nicer tiles and get a bit of the paint and it’s much, much easy to working now and
obviously plenty of bright light. I love the openness of the kitchen to the dining
and living area and makes feel like real family house. That funny bathroom
upstairs where you have to step over to the toilet to get to the sink because of the
shower, well we decide to sacrifice one shower and made that hot bath upstairs.
Toby: And now we have separate bedroom for Isabella and Queen which takes a lot of
pressure of that’s mine, that’s mine so keeps some separated in the morning.
Tracy: I said don’t wake up fighting. We got the smallest bedroom but that’s okay. The
kids have big bedrooms.
Toby: And we have best of all a street parking for the golf cart.
