Hula hooping, well how do I learned that? how do I do it? Well, you can rotate the hoop this direction to the right or to the left. I think what you prefer which side you prefer to hoop, depends on your leg and the dominance of your leg. So I think if you kick with your right foot, you will most likely rotate the hoop with your right hip, which is like this. It has nothing to do with being left or right handed as really like which how you foot it,

Hoop dance is more like a dance and they are kind of like groovy whereas Russian hula hoop is lot of hula hoop tricks and then they usually do at the end something like 30 hula hoops.
What Russians as well do is like one hula hoop and two hula hoops here, one hula hoop around your knee, like this, one hula hoop around your waist, one hula hoop around your neck, I can actually do it with the hula hoops which I am going to show you on the second set, just hoping itself.
