Hot Springs in the Mountains of Colorado
Sinking into hot springs after a long day of skiing, nothing else even comes close. Just
outside of Vail are the Cottonwood Hot Springs where all natural gravity-fed mineral
water makes for completely organic and spiritual experience. These springs flow into an
assortment pools both small and large and even feature a few creekside tubs.
Aspen Ice would do well to travel down to Glenwood Springs. The springs for which the
town is named is a Mecca for hot spring enthusiasts. This hot spot features not only a
pool, the size of two city blocks but multiple water slides that stand four stories tall.
Those in Telluride make the short trip to Orvis Hot Springs. These indoor and outdoor
hot springs filled with natural lithium water and there’s no TVs or phones to ensure your
stay is as relaxing as possible. The best part about all these hot springs though is a
clothing-optional policy. There’s nothing quite like Mother Nature herself warming you
up after a long day out on a hill.
The best things in life are hot springs and the best things in life are plum.
