Hot Yoga Challenge

Have this exercise, they really like as well, and I do it in a hot yoga class, and I am trying to show you how it looks like. So you are going to put here hands, your arms underneath you, your elbows together and your palms on the floor. Your legs straight, and thigh together, and you put your chin with this on your mat, and you try to lift both legs at the same time. I find this one pretty challenging, and I have seen people to lift their whole body relax and their stomach completely up, and it look like they are just standing on their shoulders. This is some thing that how does I like to be able to do it to look the legs really cool, they must--I think we are able to strength it, I think. So this is how I can do it.
