Okay, what we are going to do today it's basically something called a reverse lunge with overarm stretch. The reason we do this in golf is because, in golf we need to have a good stable position here in your body. You need to have your abdominals working very, very strong. Also some movability in your spine.
So, this is a great movement to make sure that you are firm here, and you still create mobility. This is going to give more distance in golf swing, and of course much easier swing.
So, basically start off from your feet together, pulling straight back into normal spine and into normal lunge position, keeping the abs tight, hips tight and then from this position, stretch over to make sure the lats, this part of body here is being worked and then shrink back up, so here we go. Just two or three more. Keep your abs tight, stretch it. Here you go.
Rotate the legs, do it on the other leg as well. Make sure you have good mobility in all areas. Thank you.
