Hi! This is Dr. Philip Agrios in LifeOneLaw.com and welcome to another edition of your questions answered. A question from my viewer is, “How do you handle the stress in this market of changing jobs, dealing with income issues not knowing with the future hold and trying to betray a good attitude in the process, and in the meantime staying healthy.”
A lot of very good question and a lot of question within one question but I am going to answer in the general way. My first question for you is, “What decisions did you make in the past that created the events that are now taking a place now? See, the other question would be is, “This is the first time that is ever happens to you? Has this been a pardon of yours?” And if it is been a pardon an obviously you have not learned from the previous events either, so this is an opportunity right now to grow. We can look at all our problems as problems or we can look at our problems as opportunities. Everything has an opportunity in and everything has a problem in, it depends on how you want to look at it.
So, instead of being depress of all the challenges that you are going through be excited that this is the opportunity for you to grow, for you to expand and stop allowing all this continually coming to your life. A lot of times we need a sledge hammer to heads over the head to say look. Are you not doing the things that you suppose to do? Are you over way? Are you getting stress out? Are you drinking due to turn hide away from your problem? Are you smoking? Are you doing drugs? Or just taking medications from your doctor and not really dealing with the issues.
So these are the things that you need to really look at of why it happens, what can you do and continue on your way. Because remember, do not really focus on the how but focus on the why because bigger the why the greater the how. You are going to find this how to get out this situation. But start learning and figuring a why you created in the first place, start correcting it and I promise you it will start turning around for you. I hope this is health, bye-bye.
