I have had this pain for years. Do I have to live with it for the rest of my life?
Pain is pain, whether you have had it a day or 100 years, it's still the same. The only difference is that the longer the pain is in the body, the more memory it has to stay there. The longer it has stayed there, the longer it will be to get rid of.
So you are going to hear the following phrase a lot during these videos. You must put space back into the area that was originally there before your pain was.
How do you do this? There are many ways of doing this. Get a therapeutic massage. Stretch, do yoga, Tai Chi, or anything that will put flexibility, which also means space, back into that area. This must be done often enough to overtake memory of the current pain that is in that area.
The newer the pain, the less memory it has, the less you need to put space there. The longer the pain, the more memory it has, the more you have to put space there.
So there is a great advantage. I am dealing with something as soon as possible. But even if you have had the pain for years, it can be still trained out of the body easily. It will just take a little longer, that's all.
