Okay what you're going to do is, you take your two towels or your two old shirts and then you just slat in to the wall like this very slowly and use your slat back and if you didn't feel anything in your abs or if that was too easy, take a couple of steps back and do the same thing again. If you still don't fill it in your abs of if it's still too easy, just take some more steps back and do it again. And you're going to keep back in up until you get to the spot, where you can really -- in your abs and what you get to this spot, you stand in the spot and you keep doing this exercise over and over and you want to do about four sets of 8-12 reps and as this exercise gets easier you just stand farer and far away from the wall and in this exercise is too hard then you probably need to stand closer to the wall. And make sure you do this exercise on a somewhat sleek or a dusty floor. Really you has need to this ab exercise on any kind of floor that will allow you to fly easy of two towels or two shirts.
You always want to try to keep your arms free and you also want to check your chin tucked into your chest as you slide back up, so you can fill it more in abs. And just I will show you one more time. A faster way you can build six packs abs doing is, is to take your towels as left towards the wall and then you want to stop once you almost touched the wall and then you want to hold that position for about 5 to 10 seconds.
